Site Manager, Facilities Operations and Development

Toronto, ON, Canada
Full Time
Manager/Supervisor
Transforming how care is delivered starts with the spaces where it happens. This role puts you at the centre of facility operations, public-private partnership contract oversight, and service provider performance management. As a Site Manager, Facilities Operations and Development at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, you will develop genuine depth in P3 contract governance while maintaining the operational precision a busy rehabilitation hospital demands. The relationships you cultivate across service providers, technical teams, and senior leadership will expand your professional reach in ways other facilities roles cannot. Here, your work sustains the physical foundation that safe and reliable patient care depends on.

Is this you?
Do you thrive in complex, multidisciplinary environments? Here, that strength will be applied to P3 FM contract oversight, where the precision you bring to performance reports, site inspections, and service provider collaboration ensures gaps are identified before they affect service delivery. That standard of oversight ensures service delivery remains reliable and the physical environment continues to support safe, effective patient care.

Are you someone who can make complex conversations productive? As Site Manager, you will bridge technical, clinical, and operational perspectives so that facility operations, service delivery, and infrastructure priorities remain aligned. You know how to explain requirements in a way that makes sense to each group, from senior leaders to technical experts. Whether delivering a presentation or facilitating a stakeholder meeting, you encourage dialogue and move discussions toward actionable outcomes. Your communication style allows you to keep attention on shared goals while addressing issues constructively. This keeps operations and decisions coordinated and well-supported.

Your leadership style balances clear direction with support for the people carrying out the work. Here, you will lead groups that range from small units to larger, multi-stakeholder teams, adapting your style to fit the situation. You are adept at motivating people, addressing challenges, and maintaining collaboration across agencies. This strong, operational leadership ensures that progress is steady, coordinated, and sustainable. You will also demonstrate strong people management capabilities, including coaching, developing and supporting your team to perform at their best.
